Jordan Bonafas

I graduated in Dec 1969 from The Ohio State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
I worked in Franklin, Pennsylvania for two years as a design engineer for Chicago Pneumatic Tool Co. On March 21, 1970 I married my childhood sweetheart, Joyce Lora. I was an instant step-father with a six year old step daughter, Lori. She has always been a real sweetie and is now married to Mark Bonafas who is a partner in Hull and Associates, a Bio engineering firm in Columbus, Ohio. Joyce and I had a son, Brad in September 1972. He has a degree in piano performance from Berkly College of Music, Boston Mass. He lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he performs as a Jazz artist. His group is The Brad Bietry Jazz Group. He's released several CD"S and will be releasing another soon. He is getting a masters degree from Univeersity of Denver soon. We're still waiting for grandchildren from Brad! However his music is his first love. Lori graduated from Bowling Green State University in Business and works with an internet insurance business worldwide. Mark graduated from OSU and needless to say the entire family are OSU fans. Josh is in his second year at OSU in an honors program. Jordan is a Sophmore at Dublin Jerome High School and is into football and body building.

The two days I'll never forget is when the door on my 1951 Ford flew open and crashed into a car parked along side the street as I was taking home some classmates from school. The next day while on the way to Porters music for a guitar lesson, I was arrested by the Lima City Police for not reporting the car door accident and resulting damage to the parked car!!!

Despite my wild and crazy days of my growing up years, I have become a christian and most of my time is spent serving the Lord through teaching and leading at my church and serving on the Board of Directors of the Lima Rescue Mission.

Ride my Harley and travel with family and freinds. I also enjoy analyzing and investing in the market.

We love to go to the Island of St. Marten. We own a timeshare unit there and I love to snorkel and scuba dive. My favorite dive spot is at the Island of Saba where the diving is fabulous. We'll be ther for three weeks in 2010.
